I love online coaching because it works. There are 168 hours in a week and working out for three of them is fab HOWEVER is it enough to start seeing results? Unfortunately the answer to that is no. I realised from working as a personal trainer that, for the majority of my clients, it was the other 165 hours in the week. that people actually needed the most guidance.
