She is passionate about providing a collaborative approach to her patients, encouraging them to actively participate in their health care. She is certified in clinical Pilates and enjoys incorporating this into her patients’ treatments.

Our Team of Physio Experts is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and is trained in a wide range of manual therapy techniques. She also holds certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), the Mulligan Concept, and the McKenzie Method (upper and lower extremities). She believes that no single joint or muscle stands alone and that proper movement is vital for human functioning and healing.
Originally from the United States, Sarah moved to the UK in 2014 to pursue her dream of becoming a physiotherapist. She is passionate about empowering her patients through education and exercise to help them achieve their goals. She has a strong interest in women’s health, particularly pelvic floor dysfunction. Outside of work she enjoys training for triathlons, playing social netball, and going to live music.
